ROCKY SPRINGS RV RANCH LLC POLICIES

We want to make your stay both pleasant and comfortable. If you need any further information, please feel free to inquire at the Office. Please help us make your stay here more enjoyable through your cooperation with the following simple rules:

Check-In:
Check-in after 12 p.m. (noon) on the day of arrival.

Check-Out:
Check-out before 11 a.m. on the day of departure. Please make arrangements prior to 10 a.m. if wanting to stay an extra night. Also let us know if you will be leaving prior to your check out date. No refunds will be given.

Quiet hours:
Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.

All unregistered guests must leave by 11 p.m.

Site rules:
Only campers in good repair and appearance will be permitted. No storage buildings. Only portable fences and porches allowed. Large area outdoor rugs are to be used on gravel areas Only. Place all satellite dishes on gravel.

Monthly rent:
Due on the 1st of the month and will be late by the 3rd. A late fee of $25.00 will be applied after the 3rd day. An additional $5.00 per day will be added until rent is paid.

Lake Rules:
No one is allowed in the lake. Children MUST be accompanied by an adult at ALL times and should wear a life jacket. Some are provided by the lake. Fishing is catch and release only. Do Not feed the ducks.

Vehicles (Staff reserves the right to limit additional vehicles per campsite):
Vehicles must not block the road or adjacent campsite(s). Additional parking in designated parking areas only. The speed limit is 10 MPH. Drive carefully and be aware of children and pets.

Children:
Parents are liable and responsible at all times for their children’s safety and behavior. Children MUST be supervised around the lake and at the streams. Child size life jackets are available in the storage by the lake. Do not allow children into the lake or to play in the roadways.

Laundry:
Laundry available in the red barn located by the office for only $5.00 a week.

Pets (All pets must be registered with the Park Office):
Owners are liable and responsible for their pet at all times. Animals must be kept on a leash at all times and may not be left unattended at the campsite. Animals may not be tethered to utility fixtures, trees or fences. No pets left outside after dark. Animal waste must be picked up by the pet owner. There are pet scoops available for use at the office. Please make sure your pets are current on all vaccinations.

Wildlife:
Please be aware that we have multiple varieties of snakes in our area. There are pictures and descriptions available in the office. There are also Coyotes and wild hogs that you may see or hear from the National forest areas.

Non-Fire Campground:
Personal charcoal and propane grills are permitted. Do not put hot coals in garbage containers. No fire pits allowed around campers. There are designated fire pit areas provided. A staff member will start a fire in the large fire pit on Friday and Saturday nights. Additional firewood can be purchased in the office for any other time.

Garbage:
Please be aware that we do have "critters" around so do not leave trash outside. The dumpster is at the corner of the big white shop building and is always available. Please break down cardboard boxes so there is plenty of room for everyone's trash.

After-Hours Assistance/Security:
Please send a text to the office phone for assistance after 6 p.m.
For Emergencies call 911 and then 479-220-2542
Any emergency or weather-related alerts will be sent out to guests by text message.

** We reserve the right to evict any camper/campers that do not adhere to these rules and regulations.**

NOTICE TO GUESTS
This property is privately owned. The camper accepts camping privileges with the understanding that he does hereby release the RV Park, it's officers and employees of all liability for loss or damage to property and injury to his person arising out of his use of it's camping facilities, and agrees to indemnify the RV Park, it's officers and employees, against claims resulting from loss or damage to property or injury to the person of any member of the family or guest of the registered camper arising out of the use of it's camping facilities. THE MANAGEMENT I have read and agree to comply with all of the RV Park rules and regulations as posted online, in the office and/or on the park grounds.
